Alleviates pain, restores range of motion, aids posture, nourishes soft tissue and joints, boosts function and potential.
After a thorough but usually brief intake, I choose from a variety of modalities to give the most effective session I can. I use:

Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries metabolic waste away from the tissues back toward the heart.
